Bardot

Lauantain asussa oli vähän Brigitte Bardot -henkeä, vaikka malli olikin ulkonäöllisesti aika kaukana Brigittestä. :)
Tuo raidallinen toppi on aivan taivaallisen pehmeää materiaalia ja siinä on tällä hetkellä todella trendikäs olkapäät paljastava leikkaus. Ainoa miinus tässä on se, että liikkuessa se pyrkii "vetäytymään" ylös, joten jos ei halua esitellä mahaansa, kannattaa tämä paita yhdistää korkeavyötäröiseen alaosaan. Jos nyt ihan rehellisiä ollaan, minun pituisellani tämä on melkeinpä luettavissa crop topiksi. Forever21:n topit ovat kokemukseni mukaan usein aika lyhyitä.
New Lookin farkut ovat edelleen suosikkini, mutta olen hieman harmissani siitä, että samassa koossa tilaamani siniset farkut ovat minulle liian isot. Ilmeisesti sininen kangas sitten on joustavampaa. Näistä mustistakin minulle kyllä menisi yhtä pienempi koko, joten seuraavan kerran otan suosiolla sen UK 18 koon.

In English: This outfit kind of reminds me of Brigitte Bardot, although the model doesn't. ;)
I really like the top from Forever21, it's super soft and very on trend with the off-the-shoulder neckline. However, it does hike up a bit when you move, so if you don't want to reveal your tummy, I would recommend pairing it with a high-waisted skirt or jeans as I have done. Although let's be honest, on someone my height this is basically a crop top anyway - Forever21 tops are notoriously short.
I still love my New Look jeans, but I'm a bit disappointed because I ordered the same jeans in the same size, only in blue, and they are a bit too big on me. I suppose the blue denim just stretches more. These jeans are quite generously sized anyway, so next time I'm going to go for a pair in size UK 18. Because otherwise these are the best jeans ever!
